The client required a detailed utility survey for an extension on their hotel and their restaurant.
The site was next to a busy road on a retail park, this meant that traffic management was required as many more additional utilities, not only associated with the hotel, would be present and required to be located.
In the areas for the extension, 1 metre closed centre radar grids were utilised to locate any additional anomalies and 10 metre closed centre grids on the rest of the site.
All manholes were numbered and photographed for ease of referencing in the report provided to the client.
